Doula, body therapist, nutrition technician, and educator in women’s reproductive health with an integrative approach.

Hello, I’m Isabel.

But before anything else, I am a woman and a mother.

I support through deep listening, respect for cyclical living, and the belief that the body should not be forced — it should be understood and cared for.

My journey toward education in feminine body sovereignty began long before I knew how to name it.

I arrived in the United States as a child, alongside my mother and siblings. Like many immigrant women, my mother had to rebuild her life from the ground up: a new country, a new language, new responsibilities, and many challenges.

During my childhood, I watched her go through profound physical, emotional, and spiritual changes while doing everything possible to support her family. Despite the hardships, she gave us the best she could with what she knew and what she had.

Over time, I came to understand something that transformed my life:

my mother, like millions of women, never received education about her body, her cycle, or her reproductive health.

No one taught her how to understand the stages she would experience as a woman.

And that reality is not unique.

Too many women go through deeply important stages such as menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause without the information or support they deserve.

That understanding awakened my mission.

Today, I support women through their transitional processes through cycle education, body sovereignty, and reproductive health from an integrative perspective.

As an educator in feminine body wisdom and cyclical living, a doula, bodyworker, and student of holistic reproductive health, my work is to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their own bodies.

Because when a woman understands her cycle and her body, she regains something deeply powerful:

her ability to make decisions, to trust herself, and to live with greater awareness and empowerment.

I deeply believe that a woman who is informed and connected to her body does not need permission to give birth, to heal, or to fully live her life.

And that is why I do this work.

Motherhood transformed my life.

Through the births of my living children and my angel babies, and through my own experiences with breastfeeding, I came to deeply understand the need for more humanity and diversity in birth support.

That awakening led me to train as a certified doula and to continue expanding my education in women’s health, bodywork, and integrative nutrition.

My Approach

Being a doula, for me, is an act of presence.

I am not here to direct your process or tell you how it should be experienced.

I am here to support, to listen, and to remind you that your body holds wisdom.

I believe in information that brings calm, in deep respect for cyclical living, and in the strength that emerges when a woman feels supported without judgment.

I have seen how everything changes when fear transforms into trust.

When there is presence.

When there is love.

And to me, that is what support truly means.
